Getting started

I've been thinking of and wanting to start a blog for many years now - 6 years to be exact, since I've apparently had this little place on the World Wide Web since 2009. It's taken this long to start it up basically because I knew I wanted to write, but I just didn't know what I wanted to write about. I was also concerned about whether readers would even be interested in my content. Finally, after many years of contemplating and the support of my close friends, I'm getting this show on the road.

To be honest, I'm still unsure of the exact direction of this blog but if I don't start now, I never will. What I do know is that I will use this platform as a creative outlet - a place to share my thoughts, feelings, adventures, dreams, etc. It will start off as a mish-mash of different things about me and what I do. It's a work in progress - as you can see I'm starting off really simple - but hopefully this will lead to somewhere great!
